To invest in the development of crude oil production and production Gas both in off-shore and on-shore, Arya Oil & Gas Company as a private sector and with the capital investment of the IDRO, SSIC, and RENA has been established in Feb 2006, and with corporation and sharing with multi international companies to invest in the above mentioned projects. To complete the chain of the products the company has been added the petrochemical section to its plan.

The main aims of the establishment of this company are as below: 

1.      To create capital investment in the main major oil and gas and petrochemical industries with the capital support of Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO), Social Security Investment Company (SSIC) and RENA capital Investment Company with the access to the foreign currency reserved of the government.  

2.      With the use of engineering, designing and manufacturing possibilities of  IDRO and private section we would be able to design and manufacture the machinery and equipments of projects. 

3.      With the use of private and governmental consulting engineers firm, we would be able to do feasibility study, basic design and detail design as well as preparation of executing management team to execute of the projects. 

4.      Marketing to find private investor to invest and participate to execute of the projects. 

5.      Create necessary plans to sell and transfer the complete units to the private investors.
