Arya Oil & Gas Development Co. (Arya) is established in March 2006 as a "Project Developer Company" for development of projects in the fields of Oil & Gas Industries, by the leading industrial corporations in Iran, i.e., Industrial Development & Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO), Social Security Investment Co. (SSIC) and Rena Investment Group (RENA). 

The purpose of Arya Co. is to participate actively in the investment as well as the execution of the projects in the Oil & Gas Industries in various stages and (up, middle & down) streams, from development of oil and/or gas fields (exploration, drilling, piping, offshore and on shore facilities) to oil/gas processing, refining etc. This will be secured via mobilization of the local & international financing sources as well as competent contractors.
